Shiv-Vani bags Rs.1610 crore order from ONGC for deployment of onshore oil rigs
Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd, a premier service provider catering to the upstream segment of the oil and gas industry and globally recognized for its proven expertise in exploration, production and allied services, has bagged an order worth Rs.1610 crore from India's largest oil producer, state-run Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for deployment of eight onshore deep drilling oil rigs.
The contract is for deployment of one 3000 HP rig and seven 1500-2000 HP rigs. The proposed 3000 HP rig will be largest onshore rig deployed in India. Two rigs will be deployed in Tripura, four in Assam and two more in Rajamundry.
The contract includes deep drilling and integrated services like cementation, directional drilling, mud engineering, etc for a period of 3 years.
