'Snowy river' of crystals graces N.M. cave

Tiny white calcite crystals make up the Snowy River formation July 3, 2008, more than a mile inside Fort Stanton Cave, N.M. Cavers have surveyed about 4 miles of the formation and have yet to reach the end, making it the longest known cave formation in the world.
