Expedia expands to India

Expedia India homepage. Expedia Inc., the world`s leading online travel company, has announced its entry into India with the launch of expedia.co.in (http://expedia.co.in).
In addition, it owns a controlling interest in eLong, a leading Chinese online travel company, which was the gateway for the company in to the Asian travel market with their investment in 2005.
